This 205-room, 4.5-star hotel has a restaurant, a 24-hour gym, and free in-room WiFi. Located in Downtown Portland, Dossier Hotel is adjacent to Pioneer Courthouse Square and within a 5-minute walk of other popular sights like Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. Upon check-out the front desk manager did waive the resort fee for my room the others in our group (who checked out later in the day) did not get their resort fees waived. And another couple in our group ended up needing to switch rooms due to a leaking ceiling. Our room was also not cleaned the following day while we were away at the wedding for unclear reasons. Part of the group arrived back at 6:30PM prior to the rehearsal dinner to check on the rooms and none were available. We ended up changing in the lobby restroom and leaving for the rehearsal without having a room. We came back at 4PM and the room was still not available - our group waited in the lobby until 4:30 and none of the rooms were available yet, folks that arrived after us were given a room. We pre-checked in, but we were informed that our room was not ready and that the official check-in time was at 4PM. I arrived ~3PM hoping to check-in and get ready for the evenings' wedding festivities. A group of us stayed at Dossier while in Portland for our friend's wedding.
